The EPBE is an opportunity to increase the quality of life for not just African American residents, but all residents throughout the city.  It is an opportunity for people of all races to connect and be enlightened about the many contributions that African-Americans have made within society, especially in the city of El Paso.

One of the founders, an active duty Army spouse, says she feels that her experience with military spouses of all races has been great and the need to embrace all cultures is much needed.  El Paso's Black population is approximately 3.5 percent of the city’s population; that number is expected to grow significantly due to the influx of troops and family members relocating to Fort Bliss.  Soldiers and their family members will be afforded the opportunity to find out about cultural programs and the rich history and tradition in the great Sun City.

With hopes of making this the biggest and most worthy event of the year, vendors and attendees will be afforded the opportunity to participate in seminars, demonstrations, fashion shows and more!

Please help us in making this first Black Expo a success and a reason to make it bigger and better next year!
